Welcome to Integrity Therapeutic Services, a comprehensive mental wellness center providing counseling, psychotherapy, substance abuse treatment, psychoeducational groups, and Medicaid mental health services. Founded in 2001, we serve our community at three locations, Payette, Weiser and Caldwell. We believe in being agents of hope and change for our clients by treating people with respect, humility and empathy. Our goal is to provide exemplary substance abuse treatment, mental health and wellness services to individuals, families and children regardless of age, race, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation.
